Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms had particularly good views, the layout was a bit awkward and the small space influenced our stay negatively. On the bright side, the service was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to Copacabana beach and many restaurants, but not without flaws. The dining was a hit or miss, with a good selection but also very crowded at peak times.
The hotel offers clean and basic rooms, suitable for individuals but may feel a bit cramped for pairs. The service was attentive but lacked privacy measures, affecting the overall experience. The location is the hotel's highlight, providing easy access to restaurants and attractions. The dining options are average with a decent selection but lack ambiance. Overall, an okay choice for a stay with some drawbacks to consider.
The hotel offers nice views, but the rooms are old and could be better. The service is professional but had billing issues. The location is convenient for the beach and local restaurants, yet the area felt a bit rundown. The dining experience was good with fresh juices but limited options. Overall, it's decent value for a short stay in Rio.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though not perfect, were still good enough for me and were excellent, especially with the added bonus of having a large separate sitting room, which set them apart from most mid-priced rooms in Copa. The service, although very friendly and helpful for specific requests, had a hiccup when I paid for two rooms in full upon arrival for friends who were coming later, only to be woken up past midnight by the reception desk informing me that only one room had been paid for, which turned out to be a mistake. The staff did go above and beyond to ensure everything else was up to par, providing great room service, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, and a nice welcome drink when I checked in near Copacabana beach. The location was great, surrounded by excellent restaurants and just a 10-minute walk from the beach, although it may not be the best choice for novice Rio travelers. The hotel was OK with a small splash pool and great views of Christ the Redeemer, but I did feel a bit unsafe at times, and being cut off from WiFi after checkout wasn't the nicest touch. The dining experience was good overall, with average options that didn't leave a lasting impression, but the spread of fruit, pastries, cereal, and some hot foods was decent for a quick breakfast. The facilities were decent, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The price and value for money were fair considering the offerings provided.
My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were a bit worn down and I had some items stolen by the maid who entered twice without permission. However, the staff, despite being friendly and speaking to me in Spanish, seemed a bit dishonest. The location was good, not far from Copacabana beach, but the surroundings felt a bit unsafe at times. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were just average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite reasonable in size but the shower didn't meet my expectations. I had some issues with the maid service as I was robbed twice. The rooms, although comfortable, need some renovation due to scuffed furniture showing their age.
